Richard and Matt were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. Both very very customer focused and I’m making a great success on the B&B here.
Didn’t like anything about the hotel. Grubby and stank of smoke in the room.
Breakfast timing is ridiculous. Considering it’s a airport hotel it should accommodate people who have arrived very early into the morning and require a later breakfast.
Parking is available but at a cost of £12 per night is excessive.

Pls publish my review. Host won’t engage.
Pls publish my review. Host won’t engage. Been texting sent photo evidence multiple times. No response at all. Very disappointed. Understand mistakes happen but when you are not able to use the prime requirements of ‘getaway with hot tub’ and no BBQ as promised it’s just not in. I expect a full refund.

Being a captive Audience for Food.
Holiday Inn looked good for Food but waiting times put us off as we had to get up early for a flight to Malta
The Ibis Hotel Food was tasty and hot but we had to wait an age before it came. We could not understand why it took so long for the Food to arrive as it did not seem busy and Food was microwaved ??

Really only used the hotel due to its proximity to the railway station and the airport terminal.
Hardly able to review Hale but would advise anyone with limited mobility that there is a good walk involved...partly in the sheltered 'corridor' and then on the open to get to the Ibis Hotel

Needed a nice sized room with a couple of double beds for self and daughter as she had early morning flight. Great staff, organised her a 4:30am shuttle bus even though just a few hundred yards away. We had booked a local restaurant as other daughter studies at Man Uni so can't comment on food other than menu in lift seemed comprehensive for most airport hotel traveller requirements. Passing bar and restaurants both looked more than pleasant for an airport hotel

One of the nicest hotel I've stayed in, best bed ever in the room super comfy, tidy hotel and excellent location for the terminals, the only disappointment was the price of food at meal, especially the sirloin steak at £45 per steak and had the cheek to charge extra for the chips and sides unbelievable!!! I would and will stay at this hotel again but definitely won't be paying for food there I will go out from the hotel for food.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. I've never stayed in airport hotels before and had a certain perception of them but due to my flight to Dublin being cancelled I had to stay a night in Manchester. My friends friend recommended this hotel for me and so glad she did! I will begin by praising Amir. He is incredible and would put a smile on anyone's face. A real pleasure to deal with. The reception and waiting staff were also super helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure all is well. Cozy bedroom. Good free breakfast.
Restaurant meal was lovely my Daughter had the Chicken Snitzel+ I had the Beefburger with Bacon + Cheese. Both were lovely + hot + chips really crispy. We had the White Chocolate + Red Velvet Cheesecake which was gorgeous. Room was lovely + clean + beds were soo comfortable. Ideal for morning flight from Manchester. Transfers were good + on time. You can walk it’s about 15 mins- but for £14 return isn’t too bad if you are pushed for time. All in all a nice hotel. Lovely man on reception he was so helpful.
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the room was spacious, clean and our bed.... so comfortable! Lovely breakfast with plenty of choices. We will definitely book it again when we go on holiday from Manchester Airport. 5 min walk from the train station and Terminal 1 and 2. Very nice and polite staff as well.
I stayed at The Crowne Plaza for night (picking up family from airport). It was modern, sparkling clean, all staff were courteous, professional and friendly. Restaurant food was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. It was great to be able to park at the hotel too.
The staff were friendly and cared about our comfort and schedules, even letting us preorder breakfast and opening the restaurant a bit early so we had plentyof time to catch our flight. This will be my go to hotel from Now on when flying out
of Manchester.
All was good - only there a short time - the mini bus driver was very good to everyone; I would recommend here to anyone for an overnight at Manchester airport. I would advise anyone thinking of a hotel at Manchester airport, to avoid the Hilton.
We arrived late at night to Manchester airport so staying at this hotel was super convenient for us as it is walking distance from the terminals.
The room was comfortable and with a good size (for an Ibis Budget) and everything went really well.
absolutely beautiful setting in gorgeous Hale everything f you need at the pub sn the hotel
We had a early morning flight next day 3am start an they brought a fantastic Continental breakfast to our room
Just perfect for early start
The hotel location was really good for connection to the train and also the airport.
The staff in the hotel were really helpful and very friendly.
The hotel felt very secure and safe with having the family with me.
Location in Manchester’s airport in walking distance from the terminals is very convenient . The hotel itself was a great surprise and was very clean comfortable and quiet.
Comfortable. reasonably priced option at Manchester Airport. Based on the rate I paid a much better option than other hotels in the same price range at the airport.
