I feel some of the reviews for this property are unfair.
The location is perfect and we had a lovely warm welcome from the staff in the bar. We even returned at the end of the night for the karaoke.
The room was modern, very clean and comfortable with tea/coffee facilities.
We did have to download an app to our phones, but this gave us access to our room without any issues

Staff were super friendly, offered to stay late to meet me after 11pm. Breakfast chef provided takeaway as I needed breakfast earlier than usual start. Tea was especially good!
