excellent big plus is for carla on reception very helpful kind and professional. Breakfast was superb .As we are quite elderly we found getting in and out of the shower difficult so we asked if it was possible to change rooms to one that had a walk in shower and this was done again by Carla to a lovely room with a wet room.

The family room was a good size. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and and the restaurant team were so friendly. The food was delicious at both dinner and breakfast.

Bed very comfy. Think it was a memory foam mattress which is what I have. Very quiet, slept well. Staff friendly and helpful. Not far from railway station. Needs a bit of up dating but otherwise well maintained.
