Great location right in the centre of Dulwich Village. Comfortable bed. Good size bathroom with bath. Staff very helpful. The beer garden is a hidden gem. Ate in Rocca next door also great value.

Despite such a short stay, my two daughters liked the owner very much, who was very nice and did not want to leave the place, she would definitely recommend this place because you really feel like home.

its not in hackbridge its a remote area. its a summer shed at the back of the house. host cannot provided any amenities they are not very clear with anything they tell you put the key through the letter box and then they will harass you saying you did not put the key are still in the room etc very very bad. Not even a towel provided .
