We were let down by a large hotel chain, who lost our booking, so booked this an hour before arriving. We were delighted when they upgraded us to a suite, as we were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary. Fabulous dinner in the restaurant.

Pricey and over crowded.
Nice location with many other things to do close by.
Staff friendly but just need to re-think how many people are let in daily and spend time on maintenance requirements to get back to it's previous high standard.

If you like walking and history then this is the place to come. Amazing walks and stunning views. The view from British Hill Camp is quite something. There are a number of beautiful little towns, like Ledbury, Great Malvern etc that are steeped in history as well as great for eating out. The Eastnor castle and grounds are another place to visit and a walk uptown the obelisk is well worth the walk up to it.

We liked the hills and views the younger members of our party climbed the British camp to take photos and we all enjoyed the gas lights in West malvern. We took empty bottles and filled them.up with water out of one of the many wells in the area.
we came for a one night stay as we were going to a dog show in the area. stayed with 3 border collies. the service was excellent and so was the room we stayed in - very comfortable and spacious for us and the dogs. the hotel even went out of their way to give us some breakfast for the next day as we couldn’t make to it in the morning so that was very considerate and appreciated. would highly recommend this hotel. the area it’s based in is beautiful also.
Location in the tiny village of Birtsmorton at the southwest corner of Worcestershire (within easy reach of Great Malvern and the Malvern Hills) is stunning. We only stayed for one night so didn't want to go too far afield, and loved spending time on the cabin's veranda watching the ever-changing view of sheep on the hill opposite. Also took a pleasant stroll to the nearby traditional, friendly Farmer's Arms pub for a drink in the evening- perfect!
There is a good choice for breakfast at the buffet, with additional options made to order. The hotel is well positioned in the town, with a good selection of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Walking up the Great Malvern hills is a challenge but worth it to see the views. The Elgar room offered a comfortable king size bed and all the usual facilities for a hotel of this class.
Lovely, big room with everything we needed and a comfy bed. We often stay in Wetherspoons hotels when travelling and find them to be convenient and comfortable. Great Malvern is a lovely place to stay and explore.
I left an expensive item in the room by mistake, and this was posted back to me by the manager. All received, many thanks to Grace!
The view from the room was stunning and the room was huge with two armchairs in the bay window to admire the view. We were able to park opposite just behind a pub and Italian restaurant. Which was good as my husband and I both have mobility prob lems. We have been to several Wetherspoons hotels and would recommend them as good vslue.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - it is one of our favourites. Staff were friendly, service good, food was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was huge with a walk-in shower and a large bath with overhead shower so you could wash your hair. Great quiet location and good parking. Highly recommended.
Staff were really nice and accommodating given my work schedule and how late I would be getting in.
I couldn’t make breakfast as I had to leave early but room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet even by the road side.
Parking just outside hotel feels safe as vehicle is in eye view of room and off road.
Our room was lovely and comfy. Attention to detail with little touches such as bath salts, a small bowl of sweets, mints on the bed. The room felt really welcoming. The hotel has a lovely bar area and the hotel is bang in the middle of town. It has parking spaces too.
The hotel is beautiful with a more traditional style. Lovely location with views of the hills. Parking available at the property. Staff were great, super helpful and friendly. Good wifi connection. Nice toiletries provided in the bathroom. Very clean and well presented.
Breakfast was superb the location was spectacular beautiful garden’s everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations lovely friendly staff nothing was too much trouble I could not fault anything I will definitely stay there again . My thanks to all the staff.
Breakfast was nice, no pancakes or pastries.poor variety of breed.
Good onsite restaurant, oh and fusion eatery outside in the corner of car park and hotel. Ask for directions as easy to miss.
