Our room was clean and quiet with nice views over Kendal. We were able to use the pool and steam room during our one night stay which was enjoyable.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The building itself is stunning, with a beautiful exterior that truly stands out. Inside, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, creating a great vibe throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, all provided amazing service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Everything was first class and Merryll was an excellent host and communicator. Walk up to Whinfell Beacon as recommended by host was excellent- fantastic views at the beacon was a great reward. We took a picnic to spend more time at the top to soak in the views in the sunshine.
