It's a wonderful old hotel. I would describe the hotel as 'shabby chic' spliced with old school charm. There were many original features, including a lovely wrought iron balustrade. The beds were very comfortable, it was clean, and the breakfast very ample and well cooked. They were preparing for a wedding whilst we were there, and the staff had it looking lovely!

Lovely pub in the heart of Alnmouth. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff were great (there was a mix-up with the booking - they were very accommodating). Breakfast was good.
