The outdoor garden area was perfect for imbibing cocktails on a beautiful summer's day. The beds were comfortable with nice linen and duvets. The location was excellent with many nice restaurants, pubs and bars in the area and easily walkable to the Farnham castle.

We came back to visit on our 13th wedding anniversary, as we had our wedding reception there in 2011 and we wanted to reminisce. Everything was perfect, except for the dogs yapping loudly outside our bedroom door at 7am!!
We have a dog and we appreciate places that do accommodate dogs, but given the potential noisy nature of dogs in places they don't know, we could potentially suggest keeping visitors with dogs further from those not travelling with them. It was an unnecessary early start for us when we would have preferred a lie in in comfortable surroundings.

Excellent, clear comms with host prior to stay.
Good location, and only a short distance from central Farnham.
Easy WiFi access, great connection throughout visit.
Large, spacious lodge, which would have been ideal had my family been able to travel with me - all the amenities you could need for a short break.
The outdoor bbq and seating would be great of a summer evening, just needs cleaning down so useable.

Had two rounds of golf booked at Hankley Common which is only 2 miles or 5 minute drive down the road. The a great little country pub perfectly situated with good food, nice rooms although a little small and lovely friendly staff. My room had a complimentary bottle of flavoured gin, also there is a small room called The study on the first floor which was a small seating area that had plenty of books for a nice quiet read, a radio should you want to listen and also a bottle of Glenfiddich single malt scotch you could help yourself to. Nice touch!
I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area…

Returning after attending college here 40 years ago it was wonderful to see the overall charm hadn’t changed, the period buildings, the quirky “yards” and churches, pubs and laneways means Farnham is still a beautiful place to visit. Plenty to investigate.
Shops have changed or updated but the character still invites a thorough walk around town.
Further afield delivers the pleasures of rural Surrey, Farnham and the environs, are in my opinion well worth a visit.

Beautiful forest, quiet lanes with wonderful views.
Beautiful forest, quiet lanes with wonderful views. Small village, a slow pace of life, just what I needed after a hard working week. Farnham recharged my batteries and I would love to come back again soon. I expect the lovely sunny warm weather helped in this idyllic place, but I cannot imagine it ever looking gloomy! We stayed in the Frensham Pond Hotel, just gorgeous, but we ventured out to eat. We found 3 pubs all pretty close (within a 2 minute drive of each other) all serving food. Our lunches were absolutely spot on, and with lovely gardens to enjoy them in. Like everywhere these days, look out for the pot holes!
This is the first time that i have used this chain but it wont be my last.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Country Inn, my room was lovely and bright with unique touches e.g a range of coffee in a tea bag format which i love. The bad was very comfortable and my shower was lovely. The food in the restaurant was fantastic with a great selection to chose from. I will return next time i am in the area and will try others under this brand.
Bungalow is beautifully decorated and cozy. Features and finishes are high end with a very English countryside feel. Excellent variety of complementary items such as tea, coffee, etc. Host was thoughtful and responsive to our needs.
Across the road from a nice pub with great food as well as the Sculpture Gardens which were wonderful. Very quiet at night. Close to Farnham with cool restaurants and shopping.
Really lovely location, the pond is beautiful nice and chilled hotel not too busy. The girls on Reception were super helpful I didn’t catch their names but two girls and one was training. Food was great, breakfast was great. We got upgraded to a better room which was absolutely huge! Such a lovely hotel will definitely come when the weather is nicer to experience sitting outside in the sunshine by the pond.
The Bush is excellently located in the centre of Farnham, and it has plenty of parking, which is great - given that parking is often a challenge in traditional hotels. Unfortunately for us, it was a bit of a flying visit, so we didn't really get to enjoy the hotel facilities.
We did, however, have a fine view over the very pleasant garden.
Staff very welcoming, friendly informative and professional. Nice setting and great location for walking into town. The main public areas of the hotel in the old building have been sympathetically furnished/decorated so there's a nice feel to it.
It's been along time since visited Farnham house hotel. Walked in and wow what a change beautifully decorated. Lovely welcome from staff. I had pre booked afternoon tea which was fantastic. Breakfast was lovely. Thank you.
I am looking to book more rooms in the hotel for a conference coming up in April at the Ellele Pierrepont in Farnham. Will be contacting the hotel personally as soon as all arrangements are concluded for the conference.
Nice clean and beautifully-presented room. Food was excellent.
Didn't use but appreciated having free gin in the room, and the communal "study" area with whisky. Never seen this before in a hotel.
The food was great the swimming area was clean
The room was ok
Breakfast area was very organised
Bar food was lovely
Staff was really nice
Very nice and quiet hotel for relaxing
