Didn't like the breakfast idea of staff standing talking and not refilling plates when getting low.
Nestled in the Surrey countryside, Woodlands Park Hotel commands presence as a historic Victorian country house estate commissioned in 1885 by industrialist William Bryant.

Excellent all round. No pressure to get straight out of the room at check-out time. Very nice patio outside.
We visited family in Epsom. Nice to have M&S/Tesco/restaurant and bars nearby. We also visited Warner Brothers Studios Harry Potter experience, and the London Museums (Science and Natural History). We hired a car for the few days. To get into London, we were walking distance to the Epsom train station. Easy to get around. We also visited Letherhead and Guildford.

It's a middle-class and fairly prosperous town where I lived 30 years ago for nine years. It's large enough to have all the usual retail outlets plus good restaurants and parking, and fairly upmarket food shops (Waitrose, M&S Food hall) in the large-ish shopping mall. The town can sometimes become congested for short periods. It's famous for the horse racing course which hosts the Derby every year, and has good access from the M25.

Lovely place to stay in.
Lovely place to stay in. Not too far from Covent Gardens for a show and close to Wimbledon for some shopping instead I’d of fighting the crowds in London Central. Some good restaurants in the area too.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable.
The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. We booked this hotel because its across the road from Nonsuch Park where there was an event we were working at. we will definitely be booking again next year.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I couldn’t have wished for anything else.
I enjoyed an evening meal in the adjacent pub which was reasonably priced and the food was excellent.
I ordered a taxi by freephone from reception which arrived within 10 minutes of my call to take me to the station.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is the perfect location to enjoy the downs and the race course. Lots of people taking walks & pets also enjoying themselves! Everyone we passed on our walk were friendly. Staff at the Rubbing House were friendly and we didn’t feel rushed, the food was very good, highly recommend the minted lamb shank!
The apartment was a great size, clean and has a great location!
Parking facilities were brilliant, collecting the key was easy using a key box, location is fantastic - a 10/15 min walk into the town centre, costcutter is below for ease of getting anything, a pub next door if you don’t fancy cooking or there are takeaways about a 5 minute walk.
Apartment was clean and a good size for a family of 3.
We stayed for 2 nights as we were attending a wedding locally and I’m so glad I found this place to stay!! Will happily stay again.
Budget hotel. No frills but clean and staff were friendly. The 'grab and go' breakfast was basic but did what it said on the tin. Room was spacious and quiet. This hotel is basic but value for money. 24hour reception was good. Good coffee from a machine was available included in the stay if you had booked their breakfast offering. Parking was a plus.
Standards throughout as would expect from Holiday Inn - Comfortable room overall with a lovely view of the racecourse - as no activities on course very peaceful. Only food at hotel is Pizza - aware in advance - which is very good. Hotel very good at detailing nearby eating options. Breakfast is available and more than adequate for good start to working day
The small family run hotel made me smile and thinking of Monty Python‘s „Fawlty Towers“ - but the couple of Nonsuch Park Hotel was quite different: friendly, always helping with advice and good ideas for London. I hope to be here again soon. Breakfast was great fun - from Full English to individual selections, everything was possible.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely and the staff kept everything really clean. They were freat at getting us a highchair for the baby too. The location on the downs is fantastic. Amazing walks and places to eat within walking distance.
Modern, large and very comfortable room, exceptionally well appointed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the hotel is located on a beautifully manicured golf course with amazing views. Nice breakfast and evening meal in the club house restaurant/ bar.
Bed was comfortable, hot water plentiful. Location is great for exploring Epsom Downs. Disappointed there was not store within walking distance. Breakfast was good. Happy there was a bar on site. We walked to Epsom Downs and onto the course, very cool.
Clean and comfortable apartment complete with appliances to make our stay homely. The location was good for requirements. Having a local shop downstairs was so useful as was the local coffee shop and public house 😃
Proximity to our evening venue ......which was the Nonesuch Palace. It was an easy 13 minute walk through the park opposite the hotel. Just needed a torch for return journey.
Breakfast and hospitality was great
