Noel was very informative and even took the time to show us what there was in the town by driving us on a short tour. Loads of places to walk to. We went to Charlie’s bar one night , very friendly. Then another night we had a lovely meal in Franco’s restaurant.
The castle had a great museum and we spent a good few hours in there.
We didn’t have time to go to the gin and vodka distillery or the underground caves and Beleek pottery’s but if Noel will have us stay again we will be back maybe next year.

Beautiful small town, with lovely surroundings and actually a lot to see! Lots of history in the town itself, including impressive castle museum complex, and beautiful natural surroundings and other interesting historical sites in the lakelands.
Located a short drive from the centre of Enniskillen, the property is an impressive building, set back from the main road.
There is ample parking behind the house.
Our room was very modern, with a small sofa, and a table & 2 chairs, positioned to take in the view from the large windows.
The en suite bathroom was very nice as well.
We also liked the communal kitchen, with tea/coffee making facilities, and allocated cupboard space for each room.
Denise was a very courteous host, checking that we had everything we needed.
Everything. Our arrival was unusual as we didn't have wifi to unlock our code to enter the apartment. Our host was on site and was gracious enought to meet us at the door to gain entry. The apartment was lovely and Paul explained most everything about it and how to be comfortable in it. AND WE WERE. He went as far as to tell us about the streets and shops and confirmed our choice for dinner as excellent. Upon our return in the Spring, we hope we are lucky enough to stay here again.
This property is perfectly situated so close to the town. It was great to be able to leave the car parked at the hotel and a short walk took us to fantastic eating places. The room was immaculate. The staff were amazing, from time of booking to time of departure. Eilís got in touch after booking and answered my questions and advised where we could eat. Shane was so friendly and helpful at check in and the staff in the breakfast room were amazing. Customer service is outstanding.
Excellent rooms, very clean and fresh, good quality furniture. Very nice breakfast, staff was lovely. We availed from dinner cruise, it was a nice experience. Hotel recommend babysitting for our baby that was really appreciated. Excellent cocktails in the bar. Beautiful spa, pool little small when it gets crawded buy I had the best massage I have ever experienced in Northern Ireland, thank you to lady from Thailand, I am sorry I forgot to ask your name.
The breakfasts were very tasty with the expected variety in an Irish breakfast. Dietary restrictions were respected and were provided for. The dining area was well lit with views of outside gardens. The hosts were friendly and helpful especially regarding places to visit in the area. It was a quiet area with lots of birds singing and flowers blooming. Wish we had planned to stay longer. They even provided wash cloths which we found to be rare.
Great stay at really friendly guest house just outside the town of Enniskillen. Very convenient for visiting the local area with a car, such as the Marble Arch caves, the Cuilcagh mountain boardwalk and Florence Court National Trust property. Lovely and peaceful room and nice breakfast. Host was lovely and very welcoming. Nice short walk behind the property down to a lake area. Would definitely stay here again.
The place is amazing. The pods are like space capsules. The view of Lough Erne is beautiful. The location is accessible to town centre. The pods are very clean, with complete toiletries as if you are in a hotel. It’s family friendly and if you just want to be away from the city life for a day or two, this is a great place to stay to chill and relax. I highly recommend this place!
Great Central location, staff very pleasant, family accommodation basic but 2 good sized rooms. Price paid for stay higher than hotel warrants due to demand for rooms at home during Covid but if more reasonable price paid it is a good basic place to stay. Handy for town centre, supermarkets etc. Also great option of early and late checkout
The room was comfortable and clean and a fan was provided to cope with the unusual heat for the time of year. The hotel was in a good location to access downtown Enniskillen. Parking was available under cover. The reception staff were really helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast and dinner.
The breakfast was very, very good. Catherine offered a number of options and did exceptionally well delivering my choice. The B&B is in a very quiet and beautiful location overlooking the river. It is close enough to Enniskillen for maybe a 15 minute drive. So all was good.
The location was perfect for me as I work in CAFRE and didn't have to contend with traffic as I'm going out of town. I work in Enniskillen every two weeks and can't afford to stay there all the time but my stay at the hotel was a treat none the less.
It was clean, comfortable and very well decorated. Easy access to nearby golf courses and downtown. Owners were always available when I had questions and they even left a beautiful welcome note and treats upon our arrival.
Very clean, plenty of room and the view was fab
Beds are really comfortable too
And having a dog it was great we could take him with us as it can be difficult to find places to stay that are pet friendly
Great location. Handy to two golf clubs, the hotel and for exploring Enniskillen and the surrounding area. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and well equipped.
location was excellent close to Enniskillen town centre and national trust park for walks, and killyhevlin hotel for meals
Also beside the Ardhowen Theatre
