The hotel's location overlooking the River Teifi is stunning with a lovely beer garden where you can eat, drink and enjoy the view and it is only a short walk from Poppit Sands. Our room had a conservatory which was a lovely surprise so we could enjoy the view whatever the weather. The hotel has a lot of rooms, of very good size and the standard of decoration, facilities and cleanliness throughout is high. It was great to have a comfortable, attractive bar and restaurant on the ground floor. The food and drinks were very good and we particularly enjoyed the Continental Breakfast which featured fresh local ingredients. We really enjoyed our weekend there. Llyr and his staff were friendly and welcoming and we thought the whole experience was great value for money. We will definitely return to this gem in a beautiful corner of the world.

Amazing place, one of our favourite dining spots was The Golden Lion,great service, friendly and great staff,and great food.
Easy to get around Eglwyswrw, very close to Newport village, where you can find amazing view of the sea, cliffs and a clean beach.
Also Cardigan is 10-15 min away,easy drive, fantastic views on the way there,and and an amazing place to visit.

Lovely rural location not too far from the coastal path and beaches of Pembrokeshire. Great rooms modern bathroom lovely and clean. Hot tub and beautiful scenery. Excellent, warm hosts. Would highly recommend!
