The Copley Arms, hotel in East Looe

Set in the picturesque village of Hessenford, the Copley Arms offers cosy en suite rooms, a bar and a restaurant.

Breakfast was not available, at the Copley Arms which we didn't consider as an issue, Staff indicated a short drive further up the hill on the A387 take the first left then 50 metres was a Farmers Market serving food , which we used on a number of mornings, the food was good . Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at the Copley Arms ,all the staff were very helpful and friendly ,we had some of our evening meals there, the food was Excellent.

Elnor Guest House, hotel in East Looe

Situated just 25 minutes’ drive from the Cornwall coast, Elnor Guest House offers free on-site parking and free Wi-Fi.

The Elnor B&B was just what I needed. I was booking last minute for a work trip, ideally in Looe but there was nothing available for a decent price. I found the Elnor B&B in Liskeard and it was a lovely stay. As soon as I checked in, I was greeted by lovely staff who were happy to give me dinner recommendations in the area. The room was comfy, cosy, clean and cool, I have no complains about it at all. The cooked breakfast was perfect - hot, hearty, wonderfully cooked, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. I ended chatting to the staff until it was time to check out.

Heating had been left on for our arrival so lovely warm lodge. A lot of effort had been made to light up the grounds for Christmas and with the peacocks wandering around and the hooting of an owl even the weather couldn’t dampen our walk around the grounds too much. We ate in the hotel restaurant on our first night, food good and friendly helpful staff. The lodge itself feels very new and there is lots of equipment in the kitchen.
