We cannot recommend this lovely BnB highly enough. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious yet homely and fitted with everything we needed. Our towels were replaced and tea and coffee were replenished everyday. There is a beautiful garden out back where we enjoyed a cream tea that awaited us on arrival. Breakfast was exceptional. Our hosts were welcoming and very accommodating to our plans. Bampton is a lovely little village and a great location for exploring Devon. Parking was easy with the car park opposite with an honesty box. We would love to visit again.
'The town mills' is so convenient for Dulverton. A lovely garden through to their car park. The down stairs suite was lovely with everything we wanted for our stay plus lovely extras we did not expect. Charles and Alison are great hosts, unfortunately, Alison was indisposed during our stay. But Charles was great doing everything on his own. Great breakfast with options including veggie. Would also recommend 'woods restaurant' and 'the mill inn' both excellent food and service. Will definitely stay again. Sandra and Ken. Dawlish Devon.

This is a great location to explore Exmoor.
This is a great location to explore Exmoor. The accommodation is excellent and very comfortable. You can walk to Tarr Steps from the property or there is a short drive to several great little villages or moor walks.
The views from the front of the property are stunning and we sat out to eat and watch the night sky most nights.
Tom and Hannah are very welcoming and we do plan to return in the future!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Zeal Farm.
We very much enjoyed our stay at Zeal Farm. Linda looked after us so well and nothing was too much trouble for her. She kindly dried our walking clothes after we got caught in a heavy shower on the moor prior to our arrival and we had some lovely meals at local pubs that she recommended. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed super comfy. The breakfast was nicely cooked, with plenty of choice. We could not fault any aspect of our stay.

Attractive small town remote enough to be quiet and have good local facilities. Several places to eat but beware that all bar one were closed on a Monday. Follow hosts recommendations and book in advance.
We all loved the location, Dulverton is a lovely place to visit. The river is less than 100 yards away with shops and restaurants a plenty. The Boot is well appointed and very comfortable. It has a relaxed feel and was perfect for our group. Only there for a weekend , but it had everything equipment wise we needed. The lounge and dinning room are large and comfortable perfect for a large family relaxed few days. Having rooms set up as two doubles and two twins was ideal for us and I guess would work for a lot of people.
The peace and quiet and the stunning landscape that surround the farm. Very friendly and hospitable hosts. Greeted with tea and cake and the breakfasts were everything you would wish for. Being taxied to and from Dulverton in the evening to enable us to enjoy a lovely meal at Woods illustrates just how hospitable Linda and Andy are.
Being able to walk up a couple of fields behind the farm one evening and see a herd of Red Deer with their new born fawns was a very special treat.
Comfortable bed, good bedroom. Towels lovely and soft. Chocolate biscuits on the tea tray.
Ability to have an evening meal in the Hotel (which was very good).
Car Parking is free in the road - but a reasonably priced pay & display close by.
New owners are working hard to improve the 'tired decor', repainting the outside when we visited.
We would certainly recommend, and hope to visit again.
Everything! We deliberately booked Zeal Farm to be in the middle of nowhere and it didn't disappoint. Was met by our fantastic hosts with offers of coffee on the terrace and cakes. Woody cat and Socks cat are never far away. Room was lovely and the breakfasts are delicious. Great location for visiting Dulverton, Dunster, Lynton etc. Also great location to be surrounded by Exmoor ponies.
The staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming. We stayed for New Year Eves and had a meal which was amazing. The owners have a bar next door with pool table, juke box, darts which was perfect for our group. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night.
Good location close to the centre of the lovely town of Dulverton. Well equipped modern kitchen with a good washer/dryer. Comfortable bedrooms with decent bathrooms. Small yard out the back for the kids to play in / bbq.. Friday donuts from the bakery down the road are great.
Very friendly and helpful host, Linda who will make you feel comfortable and welcome. You do not need to do any research of North Devon as she will furnish you with all the local areas of interest etc. Very clean room and excellent breakfast. Thank you Linda.
Location and a set up is magical. Linda who runs B&B is kind, friendly, helpful and treats us like a family. Great British breakfast. It was by far the best place we stayed in this two week Cornwall, Devon trip.
The couple who owned Town Mills were wonderful! Allison & Charles were very helpful with ideas on touring Exmoor and the surrounding area. We would highly recommend Town Mills and we loved the town of Dulverton.
We have enjoyed everything: wonderful hosts, beautiful house full of charm, really nice breakfast, spacious and cosy room, a library to read on rainy days, quiet location close to Dulverton, ... All was perfect!
Dulverton is the perfect town for a friendly relaxing break away.
Tuppence cottage was exceptional. Excellent facilities and a perfect home from home.
Warm cosy and welcoming - superb hosts too
Friendly owner and staff. Food was good and location central for Dulverton. Owner welcomes constuctive feedback as they've not been in long and I'm sure will rectify and improve where necessary.
The cottage was very well positioned to enjoy everything Dulverton has to offer. While the cottage itself was really well catered for and very comfortable to relax in.
