We stayed one night on a cycling trip. On site cafe was great for breakfast. There was a hose by the carpak which was useful for cleaning all the muck off our bikes.

Shannon was very helpful and on hand with local knowledge. The Woodshed was well kitted out, though we didn’t have much time to use many of facilities it seemed to have everything you’d need for a short or long stay.

Droxford is equally distant from Portsmouth and Winchester and had other lovely small towns round about. The local walks are along little used roads which as the fields were wet was good. We walked to The Bat and Ball Pub in Cranfield, home of cricket and also to The Vines in Hambledon both easy walks.
