Great location with the harbour a minute or 2 walk away.
Clean room and nicely fresh towels.
Great shower/pressure.
Comfort bed apart from the pillows.
Nice touch on arrival eg water in the room and a free glass of Prosecco (not taken as not our kind of drink).
Breakfast was good and served fresh and hot. Good selection of cold food/drinks.

The owners were lovely and accommodating and in touch instantly over messages.
The room itself is clearly maintained with love and has little additions of quality like real coffee and ample supply of milk pods so you don’t run out. To me, things that only someone who has travelled and knows appreciated amenities could add.
The bathroom was the cleanest I’ve seen in all my travels. And the cost was great for where the location was and how the property is kept and how you are treated. Thank you so much for a perfect stay

Dartmouth is a great location, lots to see, very atmospheric. I came for an organised swim at Blackpool Sands, so it was a brief visit. You must try the creperie which is nearby, sample the Kir Breton!

Stunning apartment - well worth the money! We had the apartment for the weekend of our wedding in Dartmouth and we could not have wished for a better location. Our make up artist and photographer were able to have plenty of room to move around as the apartment is so spacious and the location was great - as the photographer was able to dash to the ceremony venue and run back to the apartment for photos of me (bride) and groom. Anne-Marie and her team are fab - great communication pre trip and they even kindly supplied a wedding card, fizz and chocs on arrival which was a special touch. Our best man and best woman stayed with us the whole weekend and they absolutely loved it. It's so central, you can park up and walk everywhere. Sumptuous bedding and towels. High end furnishings and feel. The light streaming through the window in the front room in the stained glass is exquisite - it will make for some stunning pre-wedding 'getting ready' photos. We would return here without hesitation. Thank you to all at the Holland group (especially Anne-Marie) for hassle free booking, a warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Wonderful little town.
Wonderful little town. Very picturesque and some nice hidden nooks and crannies. Enjoyed several river trips, visited Agatha Christies holiday home by boat which was lovely . Some nice pubs in Dartmouth particularly the Seven Stars - oldest pub in town and good food and beer!
Will plan another trip soon!
The location of this B&B is fantastic for a stay in Dartmouth. With mainly a level walk into the centre of Dartmouth everything is on your doorstep.
The breakfast was lovely and far exceeded my expectations. We have previously stayed in other B&B’s and the main hotel in Dartmouth, and this breakfast was far superior to the others. As a vegetarian, it is often hard to find a venue to cater for me without it feeling like an afterthought, but it was lovely.
A beautiful presented property, elegantly furnished with lots of extra details to make our stay exceptional. The breakfast has a good choice and huge portions , well cooked, nothing was too much trouble . The views of Dartmouth are amazing with a terrace for outside dinning too.
Neil and Keith are such friendly hosts and run the hotel with a smile.
The location is great easy to walk down to Dartmouth with bus stops outside too.
We knew the Royal Castle Hotel but had not stayed there before. The staff were very well organised, extremely friendly and efficient. Our room was large, very clean and presented well. We ate in on both nights and again the staff were efficient and friendly and the food well cooked and presented. The breakfast could not be faulted, was delicious and plentiful. All in all a great stay in this lovely town
The room was spacious and comfortable with view over the putting green to woods and hills. The location was very good being only 10 minute drive into Dartmouth. The hotel setting was nice amidst the hilly golf course The staff were friendly and attentive. The public areas were clean and tidy. There was plenty of car parking spaces.
Our hosts, Michael and Susan, were wonderful, always friendly and helpful. They have put their heart and soul into this hotel, and you can tell that you are in a good place and will be well looked after. Our room was beautiful, quiet, very comfortable, and toasty. We ate several meals at the Browns Bistro and recommend it highly.
Excellent location in the centre of Dartmouth town, within a short walk of everything. Noise wasn't an issue, even though there was a busy pub a few doors up. High standard of finish to the room . Nice shower. Good selection of tea/coffee supplies. Very comprehensive information pack supplied by the on-site host.
the best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff and food in resturant,we have just returned from a midweek break and they couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant in such difficult times, excellent, and very organised. views are amazing from conservatory tables.
Very convenient for the Main Street in Dartmouth. 2 mins walk from M&S and local pub. Great dog friendly house with throws on sofas and small outdoor courtyard on lower level, nice patio area on upper level. House lovely and clean and had everything we needed.
This is a family run hotel and it shows in the level of service you receive. A team who really care about you and just as importantly the staff they employ. My first choice of somewhere to stay in Dartmouth.
The hotel was everything we could have hope for..and more. The staff were very helpful and the room was a lovely place to be in. Will definitely be booking again next time I am in Dartmouth.
This is a lovely apartment, well equipped and spotlessly clean. All you need for a perfect stay and free parking pass for a nearby car park. In a terrific spot for all Dartmouth has to offer.
Very well located for the centre of Dartmouth, comfortable living space and good sized bedrooms. Lovely decor and it was warm and cosy. It felt very relaxing and we enjoyed staying there.
The location was excellent, so close to Dartmouth town, yet out in the countryside. The weather was very kind so we were either at the beach or cooking on the bbq outside the chalet
Great location and fantastic view over Dartmouth from the little balcony. Very different room from most B&B accommodation but in a good way. Staff friendly.
