Nice hotel, nice people. Lloyd george room was good. Problem with recently refurbed clock which chimed loudly every fifteen minutes and bonged on the hour!!! No sleep at all as windows single glazed! Hotel should have advised this as spoke to reception and they had received other complaints. Lot of money £175 not to get any sleep at all. Not happy we were not advised of this. Nice hotel but would not stay again. Also loud music from The White Lion until 2am

Our host was lovely and friendly offering us a nice cup of tea on our arrival and gave us a great recommendation for our evening meal. The beds were really comfy and the bathroom was clean and all worked well. Breakfast was perfect with beautiful fresh eggs from the their own chickens.

Cottage itself was a lovely little place as was the village of Corris, the riverside location was particularly pleasant. Set in beautiful surroundings of the Dulas valley that is very peacefull and unspoiled.

The grounds are beautiful with great history in the property. Our host was friendly, entertaining and extremely knowledgeable. The “blue” room was quaint and roomy with a fabulous view of the meadows.

We liked the location its very quiet and laid back the hosts were very nice couldn't do enough for you the food was lovely too we liked the fact that the locals came in on the evening although it is a very small pub we liked it and would definitely stay again .
