This property was on a beautiful farm and in a majestic house. The room was spacious and very well appointed and had lovely courtyard views. The owner was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a few games of snooker on their full sized table.

Location and view was excellent. Room a good size and v clean. Bed was huge and so comfortable. Extra touches such as Ringtons biscuits. Staff were all friendly and helpful. It was clear they wanted to please.

Lovely accommodation. 4 recently constructed rooms. Very clean, comfortable, modern, good sized, well equiped room with modern en-suite shower room, double patio doors leading onto a patio where there is a (free) hot tub, seaparate sauna, outdoor sofa and chairs, summerhouse with bottle fridge. It boasts a rural location near a waterfall and stream, but also very convenient for Dumfries (5 minutes away) or stopover on the way to or from Stranraer ferries via A75, and/or as a base for exploring South-west Scotland and Kirkcudbrightshire, Galloway and Dumfries. Breakfast was excellent with fruit, fruit smoothies and juice, cereals, and full cooked breakfast with veggie options. Nice and friendly hosts who can recommend local places for evening meals etc. A lovely, restful place to spend time.

Very relaxed situation. Large living room windows with views out over fields. Excellent Continental breakfast. Location ideal for Dumfries where we were attending am event. Spacious, clean, warm and homely. We'll book again if we're coming to the area.

The staff were helpful for any request I had, the room was clean, it was convenient. Some breakfast was also provided, coffee and tea; also they fit in a microwave and fridge which was useful. The location across the road from Aldi was useful.

We had a very nice stay at the Auldgirth Inn! Were welcomed kindly! Restaurant was exceptionally closed but got help to have diner which we very much appreciated. The rooms are spacious and well equiped. Very comfy beds and also the bathrooms are equiped as needed! Breakfast made to order and very tasty! For sure a lovely place to stay. Would certainly come back!
