Airy and spacious room. Very dog friendly- she was provided with dog bowls, treats and bed and a ball. Good exercise field for the dog. Close to the lake and walks. Very good personal touches e.g welcome card. Restaurant excellent.

Location is great, two minutes to the centre of town. The receptionist was cheerful. Our room, in a modern rear extension, was very pleasant with a spacious bathroom. Breakfast was very good with a variety of cold and hot food choices, served efficiently. The original inn is characterful with an amazing ancient Wisteria growing on the front.

Room was beautiful and clean. The staff were lovely upon arrival and checkout. The grounds are gorgeous. I went for a lovely walk after getting breakfast before my checkout. Breakfast was amazing, great selection and brilliantly cooked. Only stayed the one night but was a very pleasant stay.
