Not much really, save for the ease of entry and exit which was by electronic fob. The room was at least clean, though having a sofa instead of a desk and chair was a bit weird, given that they knew I was staying on business so it doesn't take a genius to know that for preference I'd need a desk and chair to work from and given the fact that nobody relaxes in a room except in luxurious accommodation; which this certainly wasn't.
This property is 2 minutes walk from the beach. Just a 2-minutes stroll from Southsea beach and 5 minutes from the South Parade Pier, Florence Suite Boutique Hotel and Restaurant provides luxury...

The hotel is made up of three grand Victorian / Edwardian buildings in a sort of campus format in the same street. The room was really spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent. The free parking was well organised and not too difficult.

Very cosy accommodation, easy to access and in a really great location.
Facilities were better than expected.
It's in a mixed location with a shop around the corner and easy access to bar and restaurant.

The location was excellent, easy to get to the places we wanted to visit, and we felt safe at all times.
The hotel and staff were very welcoming and made us feel relaxed at all times.
The continetal breakfast was great with a wide choice of fresh items to choose from.

It was excellent value for a really clean modern comfortable place. It had everything you could possibly need, I was very impressed.
There was also the added benefit of really secure parking included in price.
I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be staying there again.
