Excellent all round. No pressure to get straight out of the room at check-out time. Very nice patio outside.

Didn't like the breakfast idea of staff standing talking and not refilling plates when getting low.

A nice little village with plenty of pretty places.
A nice little village with plenty of pretty places. Best to stay in a hotel or guest house in the village and not the Ramadan hotel which is on the motorway. Royal wisely gardens it's not too far away plus brookfields which is an air craft museum plus other things ext .

It was good that we had vegan options available.
It was good that we had vegan options available. We were able to order a late meal and take our dog with us to a separate dining area- though that had no view.
We found the evening menu was rather expensive. The meal was good.
Breakfast was included and offered a wonderful variety for all tastes cultures and dietary requirements. Staff were helpful and service was good. We were delighted to be able to dine al fresco with our dog.
Our room was spotlessly clean and eco-friendly.

Huge bed with great mattress.
Huge bed with great mattress. Good parking, nice location if not overlooking the car park. If you have special requests you must speak to the hotel - no one else and do it well before you arrive. I booked through booking.com. Do not make the same mistake.

Nice hotel, did not eat as visiting relatives.
Nice hotel, did not eat as visiting relatives. Staff on reception very courteous, friendly and professional. We will return and next time we will eat in the restaurant and let you know our opinion. Very clean but get better duvets - it will save you on electricity as heating will not have to turned up to high.

I have written my thoughts on our stay earlier in the review. One thing I would add is that the picture of the property in the advertising I didn't find flattering. It looks much more attractive in real life than in the photo which made me doubtful about booking. However I'm glad I did.

The room was nice but too cold.
The room was nice but too cold. The room thermostat seemed to be set at 21 degrees which should be warm enough but the room was cold and the temperature could not be changed. The bathroom floor was particularly cold!
The staff seemed a little uncomfortable with early checkouts.
My family and I had a pleasant stay at Hilton Cobham, it was my wife, my 2yo daughter, and I. The staff were really helpful in providing a cot big enough for my girl, it was my wife's birthday and they made an effort to make the room special for her in response to my request, she was really happy with it. The breakfast was good, both the amount of options and the food itself.
It was nicely furnished and felt like home. As a family of 4, the kids each had a room and so did we, so there was peace The kitchen was well equipped, we would recommend a smaller frying pan as the one available was a tad bit large. It well situated - walking distance to Cobham Center, Waitrose and Gail’s. We really enjoyed our stay and would book it again when in Cobham.
A pleasure to stay at this hotel. We experienced a model for hotel hospitality. Our requests were met for a quiet room with balcony, garden view and walk in shower. Guests were quickly seated in comfort for breakfast. Training and willingness to serve were evident. Thank you.
The building is quite basic. Reminded me of a corporate building for offices. It felt a little dated. The name of the hotel raises expectations which were unfortunately not met. I wasn’t overly impressed with anything. Some of the staff were nice.
This hotel is good for a 1 night stay if you have a car and are either on your way to Heathrow the following day or have arrived late and need somewhere to rest.
There are a number of restaurants next to it if you're hungry.
Staff are friendly.
Very good standard all round. Public areas relaxing and comfortable. Lovely breakfast with great choice. Easily accessible to where we were visiting. Will definitely stay again!
