Superb country house hotel with fantastic views across Loch Inver. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and very efficient. The food was exceptional, using local produce. We had a great view from our bedroom. A very relaxing place to stay. We'd love to come back again.

The scenery and remoteness of the highlands is spectacular. Clachtoll is a great base for visiting the surrounding areas and sights. Some lovely walks nearby and wildlife to enjoy. Spectacular seas in winter! Great food at the Bunkhouse café in Lochinver.

Clachtoll is reached by a winding one-track road with passing spaces. We loved its remoteness and the peace and quiet. The lovely little town of Lochinver is only 6 miles away and has nice restaurants, cafes and shops. Loved "The PIe Shop". There is a tiny shop near the property in Clachtoll, beside the campsite, which provides basic essentials.
