Breakfast should have been included in the price. We are members but had to pay for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone in restaurant and reception, Bernadette, Roxanne, were super nice. and the young fellow who checked which room we were from in the restaurant was super helpful.

My favourite thing was the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help. Having access to 24 hours tea/coffee etc. The room was big and spacious as we were upgraded.
The place was clean and staff worked hard at that.

I messaged you yesterday and have received no response. We arrived at the accommodation, having received confirmation and reminder emails, within 24 hours of arrival, to find that the hotel was closed and had obviously been closed for some time. There was moss on the drive and letters shoved through the letter box and nobody answered when we rang the door bell repeatedly. We then had to arrange alternative accommodation in the city, which cost much more and meant that we had to cancel the planned party with friends. I am really upset and angry, particularly when I received further emails, hoping I was enjoying my stay and an invitation to leave a review, which I will be forced to leave, if this is unresolved. Since my return, I have attempted to raise this as an issue on booking.com website, but this is impossible to penetrate.

This hotel i booked on booking.com called oyo ridgeway chingford is not in use and had found out that it has been closed down for a while. But it is still taking money from people and false advertising i had made a journey down and got to the hotel to find out that it has been derelict for some time..

Location to Tottenham stadium was great and it was only a 20 min walk to Chingford High Street.
The studio was clean and compact. There is a bathroom with an electric shower. A kitchenette and a bedroom with a double bed and TV in it.
It was a very good location only cost 4.95 per person to get I to Hyde park. And it was a good price for the area. There was coffee, biscuits and small fridge provided with hairdryer too.
