The hotel is in a great location, a few minutes walk from Waterloo station and underground so fast access all over London and minutes away from London Eye, Houses of Parliament etc.

The staff went out of their way to help us get our room as quickly as possible since we had just come off a transatlantic flight. They gave us a tour of available rooms to make sure we could choose one that was to our liking. The rooms are quite small but are extremely comfortable.
