Unfortunately we could not stay as the facilities were not appropriate for 2 couples...one of which were elderly.
It was clean and the kitchen well equipped. Suited one couple.

Very nice location in small village (Manthorpe) outside the Market town of Bourne. Property stay is the annexe above a garage; warm and comfortable and very well equipped for B&B stay. Wonderful and friendly host, Liz. 😎 Very good Continental breakfast supplied.
