Location was easy to find, parking at the property was free of charge, however you will need to leave keys at reception as cars double parked. I found this a little daunting but all was ok. Bed a little uncomfortable as too soft for my liking but this is personal preference. Room amazingly clean and great decor. Food for breakfast ample and hot/fresh. Staff amazing and helpful

Room was great and very clean - modern bathroom with power shower, sensible shelving [not a given in flashy bathrooms]
instant hot water and decent sized towels [also not a given]
Staff very helpful as I had a car and carhire problem. Parking is a little way away inevitably in the centre of an historic cobbled city with traffic problems but guidance was perfect and parking was great - even the RAC Recovery man could get there and it's only a 5 minute walk from hotel

We arrived at the hotel to find it closed down and therefore stranded with nowhere to stay. We were tbere for a wedding in Shrewsbury so this ruined our day. We received no notification to say hotel had closed down plus I had been charged.

The apartment was really spacious and had a feel of home from home. As it’s above a pub the floors weren’t straight but that added to the feel of the rooms.
