Great location - within a walking distance from the beach, the sand dunes, and quiet countryside paths. A short 10-15 minute drive from Rye. A great quiet place to relax and recharge. There is a small shop with all the essentials on-site too.
The caravan feels like home - comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated with light-coloured furnishings and all the bits you might need - towels, extra blankets, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, some toys, games and books for young children, and a few books and DVDs for adults, and more. It feels very private with sheer curtains filtering light entering through many windows which make it feel more spacious, and there are blinds or curtains to darken the rooms so you can get more restful sleep. There are TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, and the kitchen has all the basic appliances.
The place is dog-friendly, so we were amazed by the lack of dog hair on furnishings, carpets, etc. It had been cleaned to a very high standard. I enjoyed the animal-friendly vibe and several dog photos decorating walls too.
The guest book was a nice personal touch too, and we enjoyed reading comments left by previous guests and also felt this was a home away from home. The caravan was so nice, cosy and comfortable that we really enjoyed our stay despite some stormy weather - it was a perfect peaceful shelter.

If all food and drink establishments had been open, it would have been perfect. Unfortunately in middle of May everywhere near us except The Owl pub, was closed. The Owl was superb, great food and lovely atmosphere

Beach was awesome although we had 3 days of heavy wind and rain so cannot say more about the beach.

We had a lovely stay at Summer Days chalet but thought it a little expensive for 3days considering we had to pay more for the park passes.

Loved the place.
Loved the place. Only there for 3 days felt like a lot more, really relaxed, great fun in the sea. I did not say this in my other review but get wet suits to make the most of the sea.
8 adults 4 children and not crowded at all. If I could have relied on our weather I would have booked a few more days, but couldn't risk it - cost!

Loved where we were situated, shops on our doorstep. Nisa & Premier. Beach a 5-7 minutes walk. Bus stop right outside our apartment. It was quiet considering we were on a main road. Lots of places easy to get to, Hastings, Rye and Winchelsea , not far at all. Stunning beaches. Beautiful scenery on our outings, greenery for miles on some lovely country lanes. Loved the whole experience. Apartment good with everything we needed. Lovely touches, welcoming food parcel with a lovely bottle of wine. Much appreciated.
