The hostess and her welcome. The Cleanliness. The little extra by providing a whisky in the room.

Very quiet and peaceful.
Amenities easily accessible e.g., shops, supermarkets, banks, church etc.
The facility was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night because we were catching the Ferry to Ireland the next day which is close by. We were able to find an outside Laundry on the property of a Petrol station just a 10 minute drive which was unique to us!!

Homey, friendly and immaculately clean accommodations.
Homey, friendly and immaculately clean accommodations. Pat was so helpful. The driveway is a bit hard to see on the way by but the place is scenic and convenient for leaving on the ferry. Ate a great meal at the Custom House pub.

The location is great, especially for access to the ferry ports. We visited Logan Botanic Gardens, Glenwhan Gardens and Castle Kennedy which are all within a short drive from Cairnryan. We had a lovely meal at Henry's Bay House restaurant in Stranraer. Also had a nice snack from Subway in Stranraer and delicious soup with home made bread at Glenwhan Gardens.
Would avoid trying to find somewhere to eat in Stranraer town as there are few restaurants that looked appealing.

It was where we caught the ferry to Ireland and if ever going again I would definitely use Cairnryan. We used a restaurant by the name of Henry’s Bay 10 mins away and it was very nice would recommend they did a teatime special that was excellent value for money and the staff were very attentive. The route to Ayr from Cairmryan has a beautiful coast way and well worth a drive to. There were some breathtaking views.
The best B&B I've stayed in- absolutely 5 star hotel standard!
Very clean and comfortable, with every facility - including a welcoming glass of sherry. Also loved the fact that there were a couple of decent chairs in the bedroom, which you don't often get in hotels.
Very close to the ferry terminals and right on the waterfront, a perfect location.
Pat and Bill are very welcoming hosts. The bedroom was spotless. They had thought of everything. All the modern conveniences of a high class hotel in a charming Bed and Breakfast. Pat made us a taste packed breakfast to take on our early ferry the next morning. We would definitely stay here again.
The location is perfect for the ferry from Cairnryan.
The property is clean, big and located in a great spot
The owners are nice and friendly
The room was big and clean
Breakfast was terrific: ample choice of cooked and cold food.
hotel is located less than a few miles from the ferry terminal. Easy access to up and down Loch Ryan. Good parking. The rooms are very clean and tidy and the hotel staff are extremely friendly
Absolutely ideal for travellers heading on the early ferries from Cairnryan. Great night's sleep, nice to relax after the journey with a well appointed kitchen and comfy sofa.
