We picked this as it's just a 3-minute walk to the top of the Cliff Lift (funicular) down to the Spa, where we went for a 2-day festival. This was ideal for my partner's accessibility needs. The greeting was friendly, the room nice and big, with a super comfy king size bed (so wish I had a lie-in but we were so busy!), everything clean, decent selection of tea/coffee/biscuit refreshments in our room, good TV, plenty of wardrobe space if you need it, a desk and Wi-Fi (just as well because my partner needed to work on her laptop on what was meant to be a holiday!), and even a sofa with coffee table.
Also, while we did not avail ourselves of the actual hotel breakfast, the cafe (basically the same place) did a really good omelette and avocado toast that me and my partner had respectively. On a food note, Ramshill Fisheries just round the corner has to be one of the best chippies in the country (everything's cooked in beef fat - oh lawdy!)
