Its a little off the beaten track, but comfortable, quiet and very acceptable. My issue was with Booking who royally C@cked up the booking by charging me twice. Landlady was lovely and had similar issues all evening with other guests (no fault of hers). Her solution was to give free rooms away - Which i thought was superb. Cannot fault the staff or owner - absolutely fantastic.

The Hotel itself is amazing, with many great architectural elements from its previous life and fantastic grounds around it. The rooms were comfy and the food was some of the best I have had in many years of travelling for business!

Broseley is a very sweet little town, with its own amazing green grocers, butchers and bakers. It is excellently placed for visiting the various Ironbridge Gorge museums and hiking around the beautiful local area. Slightly further afield are walks in the Wenlock Edge (near pretty Much Wenlock), the Wrekin, the Long Mynd and the Stiperstones.

Busy town. Everybody we met was friendly. Several pubs and takeaways and a couple of restaurants and cafes. We were also there on Remembrance Sunday when it appeared the entire town turned out in the rain to attend the service.

Broseley is a local village from a working area.
Broseley is a local village from a working area. It has enough shops for a few days: 3 convenience stores, post office, butchers, bakers, greengrocers etc.
We saw three pubs/bars - ther may have been more.
Very convenient for the Ironbridge Gorge museums.

Plenty of local shops. The butchers shop had some great produce. The pork pies are fantastic and a must buy for anyone that likes them. The bakery had a nice selection and at a good price. Everything is within walking distance for essentials and only 5 mins drive from Ironbridge.

I really enjoyed the friendliness of the owners and staff who made me feel very welcome. The hotel is a historical former coach house, yet is warm and comfortable. The town is quaint with nice coffee shops and pretty small green and memorial.
