Quality for the food served and the description and source of British products. Hotel had a secure car park. The staff were friendly and very obliging. Buffet style breakfast was well cooked and wide ranging.

The room we had was OK, but very stuffy with an air con machine that kept cutting out. The window would only open a small amount, so in all the room was hot and stifling. Not good enough for a 4 star hotel and for the price we paid.
