The location is great, just a few minutes walk from the shops and the beach. The Cliff Flat exceeded our expectation. Coming in was such a welcoming experience with the food and drinks left for us to nibble and for breakfast. The flat was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Great facilities including a coffee pod machine with pods, and a spacious shower with White Company products. We made use of the small courtyard to sit and eat in. All in all a great place for a couple to stay.

Really good sized room with stunning sea views. The bay window had 2 chairs (a bit more padding would be good) set up to be able to sit and watch the world go by. Room really clean and a good (King)_ sized bed albeit mattress quite firm.
The breakfast was quality and effectively all you could eat. Really nice servers.
Wished we could have stayed longer says it all

Breakfast was superb, friendly staff and eat as much as you like. Plenty of options with perhaps a little limited for vegetarian needs.

The big issue with this property is its location .its right next to a very busy and noisy main road...just a narrow pavement and the boundry fence between the outside area and main road .busy not just with cars but heavy haulage viecles ect... from early morning until well gone 11 ish ..its concerning too the amount of pollution guests spending time outside are exposed too from the traffic also a public house with a beer garden and play area very close to property which adds additional noise..totally impossible to spend time outside because of noise..gaps in fence make it worste as you can see the traffic whizzing past
Drainage issues while we were there spoiled it for us as we lost any privacy...had to put up with the aweful smell..we were informed about the work on the evening but not about someone just walking into the garden area and starting work the next morning..so again no privacy .the actual cottage though was clean and comfortable..spacious and tastefully d3corated and furnished..no complaints...only the fact we had to kerp the windows closed all through our stay due to the high volume of traffic and noise.. another minor disapointment was the *craft*shop..no authentic craft items for sale just overpriced mass produced items ..which was disapointing
