Food was good. Cant say excellent as felt scallops slightly over cooked. Staff at reception excellent. Female bar tender on arrival excellent friendly helpful. As was the local lady that served breakfast.

Fabulous location with wonderful view of the harbour and beyond.
Cosy and compact room, made good use of limited space. Great for a single night, but longer could be tricky as no room for bags and no communal space.
The parking option is invaluable, and just a quick walk to the hotel past lots of interesting shops and bars. Would suggest you don't even try to drive to the harbour front!
It's a quirky and ancient building. But getting up to the room could be a problem if you're not nimble.
Right in the middle of the action, with boats coming and going and seagull serenades from first light.

Very well thought out glamping, with everything you need to self cater (crockery, utensils etc) and enjoy being in nature. Well seasoned wood & firelighters were provided for the Kadai firebowl and there’s also a gas stove too. We enjoyed the peace & tranquility of the site; which has spectacular views & is less than 15 mins drive from The Lost Gardens of Heligan.
Located in Truro, within 37 km of Newquay Train Station and 15 km of St Mawes Castle, The Ship Inn provides accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive.

Lovely, traditional pub with comfortable, clean, well decorated rooms. Very friendly, helpful staff and owners. Beautiful location. Good food in the evening and breakfast.

We had a short overnight stay and everything was very clean, comfortable and as expected. The communication from Mark beforehand was very comprehensive and responsive. We would like to return for a longer stay.

Complimentary continental breakfast was included, this was a surprise as I don't think I read anywhere that it was - so that was fabulous to start the day. Rooms very comfortable, a warm day & windows could be left open during the evening. Free & ample parking onsite was one of the reasons to choose Mandalay as parking in Mevagissey can be very hard to find. So grateful for our wonderful hostess & will definitely be back! Thank you!
