We got the best room at the hotel possibly with gorgeous view of the sea. The room itself was large enough and clean. Basic amenities were there too. The swimming pool was clean and a really good addition.
But the best bit is actually the staff and the actual service we received throughout our stay- We realised we needed a bigger room a few days before and a simple request is all it took and the promptly managed to upgrade us for a minor extra payment. The staff at the reception was always professional and friendly. I requested for floats as my daughter who is not fully water confident wanted to swim after breakfast. A simple request and the floats were ready at the table when we turned up. The staff at the breakfast were always helpful and on the ball.
