Location was nice, although the view from the room was the car park. In the terrace of the bar it was nice looking out over the course

The Aussies playing at Trent Bridge meant hotel rooms in Nottingham were in short supply so this looked ok & reasonably priced a few miles from city centre.
Down a twisting, turning narrow road into a country park.
Low rise hotel is on the edge of the National Watersports lake …. a crash pad for athletes and coaches rather than mainstream hotel customers I’d say.
Good to watch Olympic hopeful rowers on the water though if you crane your neck from room.
Rooms are more like a student dorm or hospital than a hotel.
Enjoyed shower with loads of very hot water, plus heater in room and lots of coffee n tea.
Just as well cos wanted to buy a beer at 20.30 but reception said ‘no, already cashed up’.🤷

Set in stunning, peaceful countryside. such comfortable bed. well equipped clean and tidy kitchen and bathroom, smarter than many hotels or BnB's I've stayed in.
Such a fascinating structure to be in, the dome was susceptible to the weather, but there's plenty of out door space when it's hot and plenty of indoor space and heating when it's cold. when the trees get established and create shade it will be perfect.
Offering garden views, Cunningham is an accommodation located in Nottingham, 5 km from National Ice Centre and 5.2 km from Trent Bridge Cricket Ground.

Beautiful rural location, comfy bed, large breakfast. Kevin looked after us, recommended a great place to eat locally.

Plenty of pubs and cafes 100yds from hotel, public car-park free but others £20 after 3 hours. Five minute walk to the station. Summer fair was on 8th June in town square area. Buses back to Nottingham every 10 mins, buses to Newark also, Trains to Grantham and Skegness regular times. Had a meal in The Gilt Bar&Cafe. Avoided the two fish and chip shops smelt too greasy !!!! The hotel had a Chinese Restaurant but we didn't try it as our dog wasn't allowed in there. Plenty of fast food outlets in town.

We stayed in Bingham as a friend was getting married and had a reception party nearby. The location of Bingham Townhouse was perfect as we could walk there in 10 mins after the party and it is also just off the main town square next to some lovely bars and cafes - we particuarly liked Gilt across the square for food and drinks with lovely outdoor, covered seating.

Lovely country town with a good local market on the Thursday we were there. Pleasant pubs with pleasant clientele - especially the Wheatsheaf which was opposite our hotel. Plenty of eating places including the Cantonese restaurant in The Bingham Townhouse Hotel where we stayed.
I was there for skydiving at Langar so Bingham was perfectly placed but there are many facilities within short driving distances.
Have been regular guests at The Bingham Townhouse for many years now. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. Also if you get chance treat yourself to a meal in the restaurant. You won’t be disappointed. The hotel is in the middle of Bingham centre. Lots of shops and interesting places around the area. If you don’t feel like driving the transport is good. Bus or train. And can’t forget to thank the amazing staff😊
We did not stay here . The set up for getting to and from the room was awful. We did not even try to go up the fire escape to get to the room which was the only access offered. I can not rate it as we did not stay. We have stayed at many hotels with booking.com. Will definitely think again before booking with them again.
There is a Chinese restaurant in the base of the hotel which looked good, but dogs are not allowed in the dining facilities. However the hotel faces a really nice pub that allows dogs and serves food, there is also a fish and chip shop nearby. The village of Bingham is really pleasant
The property was easy to find, clean & comfortable. Bingham is a pleasant small town with easy access to Nottingham via train or the Mainline bus every 10 minutes.
The hosts left a comprehensive file of useful information about the house & nearby attractions etc
