The Hosts were extremely accommodating with our arrival times. The accommodation was exceptionally clean. Excellent layout of rooms. Lovely decoration. Hosts were really friendly and even allowed our children to meet their animals and play in their garden. The goats and peacocks were particular favourites. Our children now want a pet goat! We hope to.come back next year, especially to stay in their log cabin. Thank you for am excellent weekend break.

Location was perfect for accessing the event we were attending. No problem with on street parking. Really useful being so close to convenience shops. The property itself was beautifully presented and very comfortable.

Lovely suite which had a large lounge and bedroom. Bottle of bubbly/bowl of fruit, fluffy dressing gown and slippers. really relaxing room which was clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Would recommend.

Dinner prices were too expensive, with no choice for less costly meals.

On the whole I like to spend a week or two exploring an area but due to circumstances we only had 2 days.
You could walk miles, ride the railway to see stunning scenery, Hire a boat, do some fishing or even visit the local history.
Buckfast abbey is a quick trip, Morewhellam quay and so many more.
