The staff were so welcoming and helpful! Our ground floor room was immaculately clean and fairly well equipped. Really quiet so didn't hear any other guests moving around which was lovely and the location was good. It was also lovely to see a member of staff getting into the spirit and dressed in regency costume for the Jane Austen weekend we were in Alton for!

All the staff were brilliant from the manager to the bar staff and even the cleaner couldn't do enough for you, everyone was so happy as well it was just a real nice atmosphere. The food is also excellent top quality food at not top prices very good value for money. To have a nice smiley face and really happy staff in the morning is just such a great thing.
