The breakfast was very good. The location for us was perfect. The hotel is comfortable with seating for guests in several areas.
The garden was beautiful but needs a good gardener to improve image. The lifts were extremely helpful for my disabled parents 👍

This was a cheap and cheerful hotel, situated above the bar below. The room was very clean and comfortable it was all I needed to get my head down. Tea coffee and bottled water complementary in the room. The ensuite was spotless.

I have been visiting IOW for years as parents lived there. I hadn’t been to stay in Benbridge but I was disappointed how far we had to travel to find things for my teenage grandson to do. I disliked travelling up and down unlighted hills to get to Ryde and Newport where most of the things my teenage grandson liked to do were there. With hindsight this site was more geared to younger children.

Didn’t see that much of Bembridge as comprises of beach resorts, the one we stayed at was Away Resorts, but plenty of walks and a bus service
There is also a beach Cafe at Whitecliff , but was not open beginning of July
There are no toilets on beach

Bembridge is a very pretty place, with fine properties and lovely tree-lined roads. The village has all the normal facilities ie church, village hall, hairdressers, restaurants, school etc. etc. The lifeboat station and all the painted houseboats are a feature too. A lovely location and well recommended.

It was a terrible holiday I came with my service dog and was placed in accommodation that had a flight off steps and there was no lightning outside due to it being broken to which I fell down and was bruised,
The bedding was damp because there was no heating and I was freezing and the mould was everywhere on the blinds and the inside off cupboards

We didnt walk up into the village to try eating out here but explored the rest of the island which has great views and some good restaurants. We walked along the harbour housed by private house boats and a sailing club which blocked the view of the sea. An old map sign at the back of the parking lot indicated a short old walking trail through the marsh up to the town and other older trails. We found the lagoon trail poorly marked and overgrown but did see some interesting birds there. We had one sunny day and two cloudy wet days which affects the experience.
The location is good with a relatively short walk to the beach although there are some difficult steps to negotiate. The property is within walking distance to the Coop and pubs and eateries. The Crab and Lobster isn’t the cheapest but well worth a visit. The Harbour View Cafe is nearby and is excellent for a lunch or breakfast.
The bungalow has an en-suite and full bathroom which is a bonus, for a one bedroom it still feels very spacious. It’s well kitted out with everything you need especially if it’s planned to eat in.
Little Osney is in a quiet street surrounded by farmland and a short walk from Bembridge Mill and Main Street.
There is everything one needs for a self catering holiday, it is very clean and the bed was comfortable.
We are so pleased to have found Little Osney for our stay on the Isle of Wight, thank you Maddy and Mick.
Very nice stay at The Birdham, the staff were all excellent, good sized room which was clean and stocked with lovely products. Great coffee machine provided. Breakfasts were high quality and substantial. Can recommend.
Will certainly stay again when we next visit Bembridge.

Great beers from the pub/microbrewery
Extremely friendly and helpful staff
Fantastic location, so close to the beach, great walks straight out of the door and the village for shops and places to eat nearby. Very clean and very well equipped - and a fab view from the front!
