It was cheap mostly clean and for the one night we were staying it was fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a triple family room and it was a good size.

Old-world village. Great pubs. Ate at the chequers pub. Great staff. Shame public toilets are permanently shut as on the pilgrims way! Us pilgrims need a loo stop. Church definitely worth a look. Very interesting church organ.
