Booked last thing at night after a concert in Manchester, arrived just before midnight and reception was fab. Booking.com booked a room that wasn’t actually available but was promptly upgraded FOC. Beautiful room, comfy beds, lovely shower. Didn’t have food but I would imagine it to be fab if the rest is to go by! Would absolutely stay again 😃

Everything was great. Wide choice at delicious buffet style breakfast, especially liked how they cooked the eggs to order so not congealed. Also very friendly and helpful breakfast staff. Easy walk to centre.

When you first go in hotel very welcomeing with a great finish to every detail. Which carried on to the room. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was outstanding with great choice, you can order as much or as little as you like.

The only thing that holds it down is that there is no breakfast as it is purely just a stay place. However, right next-door you can get a full English breakfast. However, that does add to the cost considerably.
