On the plus side it was good value for money, the shower was excellent and nice to have a few snack items as well as tea and coffee facilities. Netflix handy.

Though I asked for a quiet room, the person next door had her TV on too loud. I did ask her to turn it down, which she did, but it was still too noisy. So I asked to switch rooms which was done with no fuss. Very good customer service from the staff!
