The room we booked was near train tracks, bit noisy. I requested a change and titania went over and above to ensure my other 2 nights were great by moving me to a lovely room, All reception staff were very helpful. The hotel has loads of character due to age.. It's a great location to visit the surrounding villages. Evening food not provided but this was stated when booking... would highly recommend..

Thoroughly recommend. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and there was a great ambience in the pub. Food was exceptionally good and very good value. Rooms are very comfortable, have excellent showers, and have good quality toiletries. I can't recommend highly enough.

The staff here are amazing and very attentive - big shout out to Alex who we dealt with. Wonderful young man, great asset to the company.
We were upgraded, so special for our 30th anniversary. The room was outstanding, the dressing gowns were amazing, the softest I’ve ever had in any hotel. Breakfast a bit of a let down as poached eggs were hard.
I would recommend this hotel within heartbeat, literally 5 minute walk into the main strip.

The room is very small, was not expecting a room in a loft.
For the price I paid I could have got a big room with better facilities.
The staff and rest all the things are Good. Its o ly the size of the room dissapoi ted me.two adults cannot share such a small room.
