Location was poor - not the owners fault. but should have made an effort to warn the guest that the road to access was closed making it difficult to find. no real parking outside

We arrived and my partner, Chris, rolled his eyes at a small pink caravan. However, even he was most impressed with the refurb on the inside. I loved the fact there was even a dog bowl if you want to take a little dog with you. It was the most quirky place we stayed this weekend and probably our favourite. Shower and toilet close to the caravan. Immaculate inside and out. Did feel a bit like we were in the car park but Molly had a lovely little table and chairs and small garden at the back that you could look at.

Lovely situation with lovely garden to sit in. Finished nicely with tasteful furniture and decoration. Comfy bed. Milk in the fridge and tea, coffee and cereals for use, which was a welcome nice touch.

Lovely little seaside village, 2 pubs cafe and a small shop...
Lovely little seaside village, 2 pubs cafe and a small shop not open everyday because of the time of year we stayed December. The beach one pub and cafe are dog friendly. The fish and chip shop is currently closed awaiting a new owner. 3 large towns are a short drive away and if you like a walk the coastal path takes you to Maryport. Wonderful views of Scotland across Solway Firth.

Lovely little place, right on the soleway.
Lovely little place, right on the soleway. The beach goes on for miles. Jacks surf bar was good for food. Nothing else was open when we staid. Stella's Bistro in Silloth is excellent, very good value, fantastic food and service worth a visit.

We loved being so close to the beach, great for any dog owners. The nearest towns are a good few miles away from where we stayed but Allonby itself was really cute. The ice cream parlour is highly recommended!
