The rooms were very comfortable. The beds were high quality and the pillows were soft and plentiful. The blackout shades on the Velux windows made morning sleep a breeze for our toddler. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating and made us feel right at home. The selection of local wines on the menu was excellent. It was an easy five minute drive to the local town of Soultzmatt with some great tasting opportunities and tidy streets to stroll on.

The room was clean and had everything you need. Very luxery. Lot of hotels charge a lot of money and do not succeed to expectations, but this one was above expectations. We loved the big shower. Also the location of the hotel is beautiful, surrounded with winefields and hills. Villages nearby are nice to visit, very cozy!

The hotel was a surprise. Very historic but with every modern comfort. It was fabulous.
We found the hosts to be very friendly and helpful and always ready to do more than they needed to.
The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. We had a view of the courtyard which was quiet and pleasant.
Parking was very secure. We used the enclosed hotel parking which seemed safe and was well lit.
The hotel was right in the centre in the old town which was amazing. From photos thought it seemed like the one in Beauty and the Beast! The town was wonderful. So picturesque and the people were very friendly. We went to a great restaurant, as recommended by the hotel staff and back to the hotel for drinks with a convivial crowd of other guests.
Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food and drink. More than enough to fill us up for a long journey!
