We arrived late due to some complications with the luggage in the airport but the receptionist was extremely helpful and kept contact with us to make sure we have everything we needed to check in. Everything about this place is wonderful! The room is cosy and has lots of charm. The staff is just simply amazing. They are attentive and very personable. They ensure that you feel more than welcomed. We felt like family staying here! The breakfast is fresh and tasty. The coffee is great! Dinner is a very tasty and relaxing event. There is zero pressure to hurry yet on the spot whenever you need something. The local beer is very good. The local speciality ‘normale’ is just fabulous! They are very dog friendly and children friendly! Highly recommend staying here, I know we will again soon!

Beautiful hotel in Marlenheim! The staff is SO friendly and made our honeymoon stay special. They had cookies and juice available 24/7 (for all guests) and even made up our room with a romantic swan complete with rose petals!! It was such a thoughtful touch and made our day! :) They have a 1 Star Michelin restaurant just a few feet from the hotel rooms. So, it’s very convenient! :) We highly recommend this hotel.

If you are going for authentic french experience, this is perfect. The room was not like the ones in the photos, but it was very cozy. We had dinner in the restaurant, great food, great quality and the chef even sliced meat for our dog when we asked for leftovers.

After a long day on bikes we arrived muddy, wet and tired. The host was super helpful and kind including giving us towels to dry off and access to a hose to clean our bikes. The accomodation was modern, comfortable, spotlessly clean and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was very good. What more could you ask for? We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others.
