This place is absolutely lovely and quite a bargain considering the level of service and amenities. We loved the beautiful grounds and our comfy room. The real stars are the staff- exceptionally helpful and fun. We particularly enjoyed chatting with the servers in the restaurant where we enjoyed one of the best meals of our six week trip (and that’s saying something since we enjoyed a lot of great meals in France and Italy). Highly recommend this place and wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely stay there again.

I was staying from May 31- June 2nd in the superior room. I forgot my adapter charger was plugged in when I left, I called the hotel but the receptionist was not nice, she tried to avoid to find and told me that was not found, how came ? And put me on the line was very busy to wait.. this is not services as 4stars.. I would like to complaint about this
We spent a most enjoyable week here in this well maintained Studio apartment in Voglans.
It is a great location from which to base a cycling holiday - from climbs to Mont du Chat, Le Revard, etc to pleasure cycling around beautiful Lac du Bourget.
We appreciated the secure parking and bike lock up.
Evelyne & Michel were perfect hosts, most accommodating & generous.
We look forward to staying here again in the future.

The hotel is quiet, the wellness is also very good, calm, large pool around 30 degrees and jacuzzi around 40 degrees, sauna, etc.
There are many hiking opportunities in the area.

The hotel is a good condition. The rooms look like being renovated not that long ago. Relaxing after a long day of hiking or biking at the swimming pool in the large garden is great. Breakfast can been taken inside or in the garden. The enclosed free parking is a bonus in this area.
The staff was very friendly; at the reception, they gave us room upgrade and told about all the places of interest nearby. Also at the hotel restaurant, the service and the meals were superb. The location of the hotel is very quiet and the facilities are very clean.
We were upgraded from standard to superior room. The room and the hotel in general were very clean and well decorated. The staff is professional and available when needed. The breakfast is not to be missed !
