We were there specifically for the swimming pool so staying at the hotel was convenient and really great that you get free entry into the pool. Plus other activities too which we didn’t end up using other than the soft play area, which was brilliant for our 3 year old.

The hotel was cheaper than the rest which should have warned me! It took 2 trips to Reception to have any soap in the room which was worrying in these Covid-19 days. The bathroom also smelled of damp which I traced to a patch under the sink.
Nothing wrong with motorway roadworkers, but it was full of them and I am a single woman travelling by myself. Not a nervous person, but my luggage was piled up against the door to have warning if someone tried to enter.
