Lovely BnB in a great area, free spacious parking away from the main road, lovely restaurant attached to the property. I appreciated delicious dinner opportunity upon arrival and loved the breakfast in the morning. Personnel relaxed and easy-going. The room was cute, clean and cozy.

This personal review does not include the hotel’s external or internal structures nor the interior fittings or services.
On approach to this establishment nestled deep in the countryside surrounding the gorges du verdon it was obvious that the ramshackle collection of buildings, although not the hotel, formed an integral part of a business venture which includes an animal park for families.
A large group of people were gathered at tables on a piece of waste ground under the available shade and enjoying what seemed to be a picnic, they didn’t appear to be fussed by the fenced-off building mayhem in evidence around them.
Various apparently abandoned vehicles and piles of building sand littered the tarmac-covered but dilapidated parking area directly outside the hotel and a visibly distressed crazy-golf course on the approach road added to the ambience.
On approaching a less-than-cheerful member of staff we were informed that arrival time was not before 16:00 but more importantly that the website advertised restaurant was not at all available …….. this tardy piece of news caused an instant review of the situation and eventually led to us going elsewhere and therefore losing the amount already paid to the hotel. This was my choice but means that I am unable to comment upon the hotel itself although I would not have even considered making the booking at all had I known that the dining facility was not in service.
