Incredibly friendly and helpful reception staff. Especially the lady with brown curly hair (sorry don't remember her name!) who went above and beyond. Great location in city centre and close to the station too. Nice buffet breakfast.

We received a room where there was no water. Literally no water. The sink worked. Shower didn’t. at least I learned how people washed themselves in 1857. The location feels like fort nox not sure what they protect here. Even a blind elefant couldn’t do any damage that holds any value in this place. Some people seem to like it. I guess they’re more adventurous than us.
