It's right in the center of town with everything that you could want nearby. The staff were wonderfully helpful, and spoke good English, and allowed us to check in early. The room is comfortable, if small. They gave us a key to the outside door so we could get in or out of the hotel even when the restaurant was closed.
Located 5 km from Sérignan Beach and 7 km from Béziers, La Chamberte offers a free bike rental service. It is a former wine storehouse set in a manicured garden.

Located in a charming village, this historic house was amazing, from the entrance with marbled staircase, stained glass window, leading to three wonderful bedrooms tastefully decorated, tiled floors, delightful bed linen and drapes. And breakfast didn’t disappoint- excellent coffee/pastries, with homemade preserves served in a rather grand dining room with amazing antiques, just wished we had not to rush to the airport would have liked to linger !

The location was great and close to everything Palermo has to offer. The owner was very helpful with our arrival and booked our shared taxi back to the airport the following morning. Recommended a wonderful authentic restaurant for our last night.
The hotel is a budget hotel as it is a motorway stop off.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We arrived really late and the night time receptionist managed to assist us to get some hot food from a delivery company for which we were really grateful.
The room was basic but comfortable.
However as we found with several hotels on the road we have recently stayed in they seem to be very short on towels.
Now I know that everyone is trying help the environment but really I would like more than I hand towel and 1 bath towel as they don't dry by morning if used in the evening and I have long hair so I had to use my husbands towel to be able to dry my hair following my shower in the morning.
The shower was not disabled friendly it was very cramped and I could only just get into the very small enclosed space.
Once in however, it was a nice strong shower.
Perhaps remember that those of us who are disabled need a little extra room to be at least able to turn around in as my husband has to help me to wash which was made difficult with the amount of space available.
The breakfast was continental and actually really nice.
I just couldn't reach anything by myself which was embarrassing as I had to ask other guests, the staff and my husband when he came down for his breakfast to help me reach things.
As I am a wheelchair user I find this shouldn't be happening in this day and age.
In fairness to the hotel they really were very apologetic and helped straight away but I should not have to ask.
This did happen in other hotels it was not just this hotel by the way I just want to make that very clear.
The Car Parking facilities were very good
Overall the stay was good and we would stay again whilst travelling through France.

The only thing that spoiled it was all the dog poo littering the streets in flower beds or on the pavement. Clean that up and it would get more ⭐️

Lovely typically French small town just don't bother with the restaurant further along the canal. The two young French men there obviously do NOT like the English and the service and food were not great.

Right off the highway, easy to find, secure private parking, soundproof room, comfortable bed, AC in the room, fairly clean. Could check-in later than 9.30 PM although the hotel had tried to take the money from our card earlier on (and we were supposed to pay directly at the hotel). Ideal for a one night stopover while traveling by car. Guys at receptionist vere really nice and friendly (both at night and in the morning).
The hotel was very well located for our bike trip along Canal du Midi. Possibility to park the bikes inside overnight and we appreciated the reservation in the restaurant which is awesome - probably the best we have had during our two weeks vacation (with lots of great restaurants).
The room itself was very spacious and with nice self-constructed furniture, basic but with everything you might need.
Clean, homely & comfortable room (and bathroom). Hans is a very, sociable and welcoming proprietor. Easy parking and central location. Super food.
Special note - dinner is available on request (at a fixed price) if you give at least a day’s notice. We did this (everything was closed after new year) and we had a convenient and very nice meal in the hotel.
We will love to visit again.

Very good budget hotel, clean and comfortable, far enough away from the road not to hear traffic, room a bit small but what do you expect for the price, enough room in the bathroom. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Parking free and secure.
Picturesque house in quiet town.
The host was kind enough to change our room to a double instead of a twin bed.
Private secure parking close to the hotel.
Very good breakfast.
A pretty good hotel (considering the price) close to the highway with spacious and secure parking lot. Ideal for a stopover. Self check in is available at late hours.
The hotel was in a quiet position but easy to find and close to the town square and restaurants.
Our host Hans give us helpful advice about places to eat out.
Wonderful old building restored and converted into a hotel. The breakfast/dining area is beautiful with great decoration work. Room was comfortable and quiet.
