The bedding is clean and comfortable, they even have a new foam pillow that you can buy. The heat was adaptable and that was great. The bedroom was simple but filled with plugs, areas to fold your clothes, and enough hangers that were thoughtful (We were there for 2 nights).
My husband went on a walk around the hotel and he liked it, he was happy.

I liked the cosy aspect of the one-piece room, the cleanliness, the availability of toilet facilities, the comfort of the bed, the proximity to the train station.

It has a nice sport décoration through out the common area and in some bedrooms.
It is a 15’ walk from Lille University which is very easy to do and that’s the reason why I booked this hotel.
Buffet breakfast is a classy but with artisans products.
Bravo to the team for their hospitality !!! Everyone is truly customer service oriented. The Chef came out his way to prepare vegan plate.

Basic hotel which would be very good at a normal price, but during the rugby world cup the price was astronomical. Obviously I knew this in advance, but I still felt like we were being taken advantage of. Great location for the stadium, and fairly easy to get in to the centre on the metro too. Easy to get to by car, with good underground parking. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. All in all a good hotel, but not at the price we paid.
The hotel is in the quiet location but it is not far from the main city. The underground train station is only 6-10 minutes by foot. The bed was quite comfortable although the room was not so big. The most important aspect to me is the cleanliness which I could not complain at all. The parking is spacious and secured. The people at the front desk were quite polite and helpful. Overall, the property was a good value for money.

I don't know why the rating for this hotel is not higher. I really like the hotel. The location is convenient. The room is nice. The bar in the lobby is very lively in the evening with nice lighting, music and people enjoying a good time. The receptionist (I think his name is Radawan?) is very warm and helpful.
The level of cleanliness, check-in, check-out, parking facility, geographic position, near to restaurants and shopping centers, quiet area. Overall a nice hotel to stay if you like the quiet life.

Very clean, warm enough for January, we arrived around 23:00 and there was no pb waiting for us. Enough parking spaces at the hotel for free. We were there only for one night.
iIt was clean and cosy. The staff was very hospitable and the hotel was clean. It’s just near the stadium, the bus and metro connection with centre is really good.
